The Flash Flood Watch continues for * Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana and Mississippi, including the following areas in southeast Arkansas, Ashley and Chicot. In northeast Louisiana, East Carroll, Morehouse and West Carroll. In Mississippi, Attala, Bolivar, Carroll, Choctaw, Clay, Grenada, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Lowndes, Montgomery, Noxubee, Oktibbeha, Sharkey, Sunflower, Washington, Webster, Winston and Yazoo. * From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon * Rainfall amounts of two to four inches with locally higher amounts are expected to fall on partially saturated ground. * The flooding of roads, low lying areas, and areas with poor drainage is expected. Water levels on areas rivers and streams will be rising as well. If encountering flooded roads, remember to turn around, don`t drown and be especially cautious at night.
